While mummy dearest was away...
This post is definitely long overdue but here it comes :) Whenever my mum goes away on holidays, I am left in charge of taking care of the household. Especially making sure that everyone who lives under our roof gets fed with my cooking. So far, no complaints so I guess I must be doing something right. Though I like collecting cookbooks, 30+ books and counting...as much as I like trying out new recipes, I am someone who likes to just open the fridge and be inspired by what I can find. This also includes going to Springvale and seeing what fresh produce they have on offer. So here are a few photos of the dishes that I have cooked while mum was holidaying in Europe...
